3. Return Process

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Packaging: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, and clearly label it with the provided RMA number.
  4. Shipping: Send the package to the return address provided in the approval email. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost unless the item is defective or an error was made in the order.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply for certain items.

5. Exchanges

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be guaranteed as the item may have already been processed for shipment.


8. International Returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for shipping fees, taxes, and duties for returns, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
